Daks-96 offers a wide range of glass double edging machines including double edging machines for pencil edge.

The HSDR andSYM series glass straight line double pencil edging machines are specialized in grinding simultaneously two sides of a flat glass for furniture glass, architecture glass, electronics glass and so on with pencil edge.

Glass is delivered horizontally, then crude grinding, refine grinding and polishing are finished in due order. The machine is characterized with rapid processing speed, high glass processing precision, high brightness of the polished edge and perfectly parallel sides.

These machines adopt advanced machine tool moving technology. They are controlled by a PLC control system with a touch panel interface screenwhich ensures perfect parallel processing results with high precision and easy operation. The machines adopt high precision transmission structure with two linear guiding bars and two ball bearing guide screws.

These double pencil edging machines can be design according to customer requirement in terms of number of motor wheels, width and others. Also if the client requires it the minimum processing width can be specially ordered to be 100mm for the processing of small details.Max processing speed can be 10m/min.

This machine can also be ordered as a pencil edging line. In this case two double pencil edging machines are combined via an automatic transfer table to form a complete pencil edge processing line that ensures perfect end results and efficient work process.
