The interior glass Lacobel meets all the requirements associated with contemporary trends in interior and architectural design. The colored panels are easy to combine with other materials such as wood, steel or stone.

The glass can be placed both in premises with high humidity and also in contact with splashing water which makes it suitable and practical for use in a kitchen and bathroom.

Lacobel has a special coating called SAFE+.

SAFE+ is a special film placed on the painted side of the glass (lacobel or mirror), avoiding it to shatter into cutting shards in case of breakage (class 2B2, following EN12600 as of 4mm glass thickness).

This film has a dual function:

Protects the colored lacquer coating from scratche
In case of breakage the pieces stick to the foil on the principle of car windows.
 

Lacobel is a painted glass with the following features:

Float glass coated with a high quality paint.
Aesthetically pleasing opaque glass; the colored glass panels acquire a bright look due to the coat of varnish.
Environmentally-friendly paint.
Lacobel painted glasses are available in 25 standard shades.
The paint coating is moisture resistant.
Available in a SAFE / SAFE+ version: this is a polypropylene film applied to the back of the glass which ensure safety.
Available in an antibacterial glass version.
