Evalam Visual is an EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) film specially developed by Pujol, Spain, for the production of laminated glass. It offers excellent transparency, high durability, and outstanding performance characteristics.
Evalam Visual is the only EVA film in the world with higher transparency and better performance indicators than PVB film.
The film is ideal for architectural, interior, and exterior design solutions.

Advantages
Higher transparency than PVB
The optical quality and transparency of laminated glass mainly depend on the haze factor. Haze represents the diffuse light reflection caused by light passing through the glass. As shown in the table below, EVALAM VISUAL provides significantly lower haze values compared to PVB.

Higher moisture resistance
It is widely recognized that EVA generally provides better moisture resistance than PVB. This is due to the moisture absorption properties of PVB, which in many cases can lead to delamination. EVALAM VISUAL has successfully passed humidity resistance tests at 85°C and 85% humidity.
Better adhesion than PVB
The adhesion factor of EVALAM VISUAL ensures a significantly lower risk of delamination compared to PVB. Test results demonstrate its superior performance and higher product quality.

Dual temperature processing range
EVALAM VISUAL can be processed within two temperature ranges: 80°C or 130°C, allowing lamination of a wide variety of materials.
Liquid or solid state
Thanks to its unique formulation, EVALAM VISUAL enables the lamination of complex inserts that cannot be processed with other high-hardness EVA films. This reduces the risk of defects and expands the range of possible laminated materials.
Additional safety
EVALAM VISUAL is a material with 3D cross-linking capability, allowing the lamination of materials such as AB-AR and other polymers that improve impact resistance and reduce the risk of breakage.
Crosslink level above 87%
Thanks to this feature, Evalam Visual achieves exceptional mechanical and thermal resistance, providing durability and stability higher than any other thermoplastic material.
Improved sound insulation
EVALAM VISUAL offers better acoustic performance compared to standard PVB films, making it an excellent solution for noisy environments.
Maximum impact resistance performance
EVALAM VISUAL achieves the highest safety and impact resistance standards for façade glazing with only one layer of EVALAM VISUAL and 6 mm + 6 mm glass, or with two 4 mm tempered glass panels.
