Besides single double edgers Daks-96 also offers complete double edging lines in various configurations and for various purposes.

The double edging lines that we offer are composed of two HSD series glass straight line double edging machines which are specialized in grinding simultaneously two sides of a flat glass for furniture glass, architecture glass, electronics glass and so on. The two double edgers are connected with a specialized transfer table.

Glass is delivered horizontally into the first double edger, then crude grinding, refine grinding and polishing are finished for two of the glass sides, the glass is then turned on a transfer table and it enters a second  double edger where the remaining two sides are grinded and polished. The end result is a glass with four perfectly parallel edged sides.

The machine is characterized with rapid processing speed, high glass processing precision, high brightness of the polished edge and perfectly parallel sides.

These machines adopt advanced machine tool moving technology. They are controlled by a PLC control system with a touch panel interface screenwhich ensures perfect parallel processing results with high precision and easy operation. The machines adopts high precision transmission structure with two linear guiding bars and two ball bearing guide screws.

The double edging machines which are used in the edging line can be design according to customer requirement in terms of number of motor wheels, width and others. Also if the client requires it the minimum processing width can be specially ordered to be 150mm for the processing of small details.
